NICA's opening weekend at Fort Ord

Yoann Perrodin achieved victory in the boys Varsity competition, surpassing all others, while Jack O'Neal finished in 5th place. Grant Edmister placed 27th.
Edda Grondahl was 14th in girls varsity.
Fern Campbell was 5th (!) in JV1 girls.
Zoe Khuu was 2nd in JV2 girls (!). Zoe was just 15 seconds behind Lou Kelly, who is one of the top junior road racers in the country, and who dominated NICA NorCal as a freshman before sitting NICA out last year. Aimee Steinmeyer was 32nd.
Sophia Sherwood was 4th (!) in Freshman girls, while Julie Perrodin was 9th.
Oliver Glueck was 4th (!) in JV2 boys' D2 while Elias Grigsby was 15th.
Gunnar Stukuls was 3rd (!) in freshman boys D2.
Finnian Caulfield was 14th in JV1 boys D2.
