What: This week we’ll be riding a Mt Tam summit to Bofax to Muir Woods loop by heading out over the RSR Bridge and turning south through Corte Madera through Mill Valley before climbing to the Mt Tam summit. We’ll then cross the Seven Sisters, descend Bofax towards Bolinas before heading south on Hwy 1 down to Muir Woods Rd. We’ll climb back up to Four Corners and return through Mill Valley and Larkspur before crossing back over the RST Bridge. Coffee stop will be at Parkside Cafe in Stinson Beach at mile 41! From Point Richmond, the route is ~68 miles with ~6,600 ft of climbing. We’ll regroup most likely at Old Mill Park (just outside Mill Valley before the climbing starts), East Peak of Tam, Parkside (coffee), and Mill Valley Wastewater Treatment bathrooms by the bike path rotary. Ride pace for A group will be 15-17 mph average with faster bursts on some sections, for B group will be 13-15 mph average, and C group will be 12-14 mph average. You should be comfortable with group riding and have read and be familiar the BBC Group Ride Guidelines. Ride leaders will be Morgan Griffin (A) and TBD (B) and TBD (C) this week.

Where/When: Meeting this Saturday at 8:45am outside Maya Taqueria at Pt Richmond (plenty of parking available if you’re driving). We’ll roll from Point Richmond at 9am sharp. C group will depart 5 minutes after A and B groups and will have its own regroups along the route.

Who: You! This ride is aimed at riders who are comfortable with group riding and able to stay with the group of their choice at the ride pace. Click "I'm In"
