U19 Girls Mentorship Clinic - Monarch Racing

Monarch Racing is a Bay Area-based domestic elite women's road team that helps and guides other women who want to race professionally at the top level in the United States. Among the team's outreach efforts are coaching clinics and youth development initiatives, both of which were started by Helena Gilbert-Snyder, a lifelong Berkeley resident and seasoned cyclist.
